About The Waverly at Las Olas
The Developer
The Waverly was developed by ZOM, the Orlando based apartment developer now known as ZOM Living, and designed by Dorsky + Yue International as an urban mixed use landmark, bridging downtown Fort Lauderdale's office towers and a neighborhood of Victorian style homes. Originally built as 304 apartments above 45,000 square feet of street level retail and a four level garage, The Waverly became a condominium in 2005. The design earned a Society of American Registered Architects Professional Design Award, an Aurora Award for high rise residential design, and an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors.
The Waverly Development
The Waverly brings more than 300 residences to the corner of Broward Boulevard and Federal Highway, with retail at street level and a four level resident garage. One, two and three bedroom floor plans and penthouses offer open layouts, walk in closets, in unit washers and dryers, and private balconies with city views.
Luxury Living
A landscaped rooftop pool deck with cabanas, a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen anchors the amenities, alongside a full service spa, 24 hour fitness center, business center, billiards lounge, concierge, valet and 24 hour security.
Location
The Waverly sits in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, a few blocks from the restaurants and shops of Las Olas Boulevard, the Riverwalk and the Brightline station. Fort Lauderdale beaches are a short drive east. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about 3 miles away, and Miami International Airport about 25 miles.
